Dean Clea Brkic was born on May 19 , 1977 in Split , a town in Dalmatia , Croatia. Inspired by his grandfather , a violin player , Dean started singing and playing guitar at age 12. By the age of 13 he formed his first group "Steel riders" and started with rehearsal for every day. After that Dean worked with several bands and in 1994. with the Goran Radan (ex-Allison) formed Pandora! Yet Dean's real love was rock music which he pursued by his early teens. Dean's musical tastes are quite varied as he names Whitesnake , Marillion , Dio , Yanni , Aerosmith , Thunder , Crimson Glory , Van Halen , Queen , Vangelis , Meatloaf , Mr.Big , Helloween , Savatage and Queensryche as well as classical composers Beethowen, Wagner and Mozart as favorites. Influential vocalists include David Coverdale , Ronnie James Dio , Freddie Mercury , Fish , Daniel Bowes , Eric Martin , Michael Kiske , Steven Tyler , Sebastian Bach , Tony Martin , Jeff Scot Sotto , Glen Hughes and Geoff Tate.
